A large lifestyle estate situated in Pretoria East, is looking to employ a Personal Assistant with experience with
HR admin as well as with finance related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role
• Providing admin support to managers
• Understanding of Supply Chain (place orders, follow up and check)
• Basic HR admin experience
• Basic Finance experience
• Experience taking minutes in high level board meetings
• Ms Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Good writing skills and language skills
• Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English-speaking proficiency)
• Must reside in Pretoria East
• Systematic and organised
• Be able to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills
R 18 000 – R 20 000 CTC
