Our client is looking for a young dynamic individual to join their team in the role of operational client support within a specialised area.
The role involves working as part of a team to manage and resolve client queries and to implement, monitor and maintain the operation of products and services for corporate clients.
You will be attending to clients requests by phone, email, onsite or remotely and will be the contact person between client and product owner.
Essential Skills are:
Must be ITIL certified
Must have a good grasp of SQL
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and love working with clients
Experience with financial applications
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
