DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
A medical device company situated in Pretoria is looking to employ a creative and versatile Digital Marketing Coordinator with at least 3-5 years’ experience to become part of their team.
Responsible for assisting the B2C digital marketing lead with all aspects related to paid digital campaigns across a combination of platforms to achieve above-market growth.
Building and setting up digital campaigns, implementing continuous optimisations, setting up the relevant tracking and working with the Business Intelligence team on analysis and reporting of performance.
Provide support in terms of insight generation from the market, competitors and campaign performance to assist with strategic direction.
Minimum education (essential):
BCom Marketing Management or related Commerce degree
Minimum education (desirable):
? Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related
? Course / Certificate in digital marketing
Minimum applicable experience (years):
3 - 5 years
Required nature of experience:
? Business to Consumer marketing.
? Experience in international markets.
? Creating, monitoring & optimising various digital campaigns on various platforms
such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd party remarketing
? Analysing and reporting on campaign data.
? Set up and testing of goals and conversion tracking.
Skills and Knowledge (essential):
? Digital platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd
party remarketing platforms, etc).
? Google Analytics.
? Thorough understanding of conversion tracking systems.
? Digital target markets / audiences and campaign KPIs
? Predict campaign performance, based on previous experience.
? Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.

Digital Campaign Management 60%
? Assist with the digital marketing campaigns set up across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd party remarketing platforms, etc.
? Assist with briefing creatives and copy in to the relevant team members as per
strategic direction and implement once approved.
? Assist with budget management on campaigns and budget recons where required.
? Assist with management of relationships, budgeting and billing with 3rd party providers of digital campaign services .
? Assist with management of 3rd party digital campaigns’ performance and reporting.
? Implement continual campaign optimisations based on performance, recommendations and data insights
? Recommend improvements and optimizations based on insights.
? Continually recommend new campaign, audience or ad ideas to test with the objective to improve campaign performance.
Data Tracking & Reporting 20%
? Assist with end to end analytics tracking, monitoring and improvement across platforms.
? Assist with the setup and testing of goals and conversion tracking, conducting audits on campaigns and website conversion tracking.
? Work with BI team to maintain and improve dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign data sheets, presenting on findings to management
? Communicate and collaborate with the Development team to ensure accurate tracking of conversions.
? Make data-informed improvements to campaign on a weekly basis.
Strategic Management Support 10%
? Assist with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to ensure sales targets are exceeded.
? Provide support in terms of insight generation from the market, competitors and campaign. performance to assist with strategic direction.
? Conduct a monthly competitor analysis.
? Conduct frequent digital marketing trend analysis to ensure we are competitive.
? Assist with listing of Lexie on 3rd party digital sites (e.g. Amazon etc) and manage the relationship with such providers as well as the reporting.
? Consistently explore new possibilities for the expansion of our digital reach and digital sales channels and chase down such opportunities.
B2C Digital Marketing Administration 10%
? Assist with overall digital marketing administration.
? Ensure that Marketing folders are kept up to date and that all files are saved in the relevant folders.
? Assist the Finance Department with all B2C Digital Marketing payments-related requests.
? Conduct frequent lead recons with relevant team members to ensure all leads are captured in the system.
? Assist with management of all digital campaigns ad accounts.
? Assist Marketing team with general administrative tasks.
QMS: Sales and Marketing
