Our client a trusted supplier in the automotive, manufacturing and various other industries is currently looking to employ an Area Sales Manager. This position will be based in Pretoria.
Main purpose of the position:
- To manage the sales budget of the designated area/group as well as be responsible
for the promotion, organization and distribution of the company’s product range.
- Develop and execute all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve set financial targets and to maximize profits through staff engagement and development, improved customer satisfaction as well as customer retention.
- Matric or equivalent
- Preference will be given to candidates with managerial experience
- Completed or studying towards a marketing / business degree or diploma or have a proven
track record with relevant experience will be advantageous

- Managing, coaching and motivating Customer Service Consultants within the specified

grow the group’s customer base
- Oversee and encourage staff development
- Actively participate in recruitment
- Mentor, guide and train Customer Service Consultants to the company standards
- Ability to analyze reports and sales figures
