Paws Park is a doggy day care and kennel facility located in Midstream, just south of Centurion.
A Kennel Assistant provides care and the basic needs of dogs that are being boarded or visiting us at doggy day care.
Essential skills
· Have a genuine love for dogs, they are the centre of our business.
· Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) in at least English and Afrikaans.
· A post matric qualification in dog care and previous experience at a facility looking after dogs (even on volunteer level) will be beneficial.
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
· Possess a respectful attitude and positive outlook even during busy workload. Willingness to learn and ability to retain information taught
· Ability to work a 4-day rotating shift roster; the employee must sleep in during his shift period.
