Control grist & product quality parameters
Compile and executed milling & packaging shift plan and control wheat intake & milling processes for shift
Control raw material & finished stock levels
Control and optimise people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintain the mill, machinery and equipment
Ensured safety, health, hygiene and pest management and managed team.
Must have:
Four to five years Wheat Miller experience Relevant National Training Certificate Must be prepared to work shifts
