Our client in the Office Automation industry, based in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha is seeking to employ a Sales Consultant in their organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Selling skills (a minimum of 3 years sales experience in the industry preferably).
- Computer literate.
- SAP experience will be an advantage.
- IT knowledge.
- Detailed understanding of rental financing and service level negotiations.
- Knowledge of the company's office automation products and solution selling.
- Presentation skills.
- Own a reliable vehicle including comprehensive business use insurance is essential and non- negotiable.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Must be willing to travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet prescribed sales targets and to promote the company's brand acting in the best interest of the company.
- Generating revenue for the company as prescribed by the budget.
- Generate prospects, follow up on leads, and convert leads into sales.
- Deliver on commitments both to clients and management.
- Close sales and negotiate around objections.
- Effectively demonstrate and highlight the company's unique selling points.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Comply with prospecting/reporting and any other requirements as and when they arise and required by the company.
- Comply with and completing of company admin procedures.
- Submit timeous and accurate documentation as and when required by the company.
- Managing of sales, handle general queries effectively when they arise.
- Maintain image and reputation of company at all times.
- Take ownership of account and to improve relationship with client.
- Maintain and arrange regular contact with both users and decision makers.
- Handle user related service queries effectively.
- Re-assess client needs regularly and be aware of upgrade opportunities before the competition.
