A top Property Development company seeks a Property Administrator/ Debtors that is highly organised and communicates effectively.
- Ensure Debtors are processed, reconciled and paid timeously
- Proactively manage debt collection of accounts
- Reconcile accounts and obtain remittance of monthly payments to facilitate and ensure accurate processing
- Checking of Invoicing/Pre Billing monthly before issuing invoices/ statements
- Preparing weekly progress reports on the debt control.
- Assisting with all administrative duties pertaining debtors.
- Assisting with general admin duties
- Handling of Petty Cash and reconciling on a monthly basis.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties from time to time as required
- 5+Years experience in debtors and debt collection.
- 5+ Years experience as a PA
- Knowledge on MBA Property Administration program is highly advantageous
