Reputable company based in Pinetown is seeking a Branch Manager with sound man-management skills and who has a technical aptitude from a retail background.
- Preferably some form of tertiary qualification in the field of sales and business management.
- In addition, the candidate must be able to prove at least 10 years high-level experience in the field of sales, and no less than 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- A very strong knowledge of sales and customer service are key to the fulfilling the requirements of the position.
- Highly computer literate
- Exceptionally proficient in the use of the SAP ERP system.
- Ability to draw all the necessary reports required of the position and manipulate them in MS Excel (Excel being the standard spreadsheet system used by the company).
- Associated with this and more critical is the ability to analyse the information being generated and from this make the right decisions based on this information.
- Excellent English language/writing skills (published examples required).
- Excellent communication skills – not only being able to address a large group of people with confidence but also communicate effectively in a one-on-one situation.
- Excellent negotiation skills – ability to achieve the desired outcome when interacting with other parties in a negotiation-based situation.
