Our client in the Pietermaritzburg area is recruiting for a Group Benefits and Performance Administrator.
Administration of the Group Pension, Provident and Medical Funds, which will require the prospective candidate to have excellent leadership, management, and analytical skills to ensure the Funds are administered efficiently.
The development and management of the company’s Performance Management program, in respect of KPA`s and KPI`s.
The on-going development and management of the company’s Equity Program, to ensure we achieve targeted Equity Goals.
A trusted, strategic advisor and implementor to and on behalf of the Executive Directors & Shareholders.
To ensure that the implementation and the management of business processes are delivered timeously and professionally to all internal and external stakeholders.
Development and implementation of strategy specifically related to Employee KPAs/KPIs
Manage employee/stakeholder relationships
Bring about innovation to enhance our offering and administrative service delivery.
Support and guidance to business leaders across the HR value chain, including Talent identification/acquisition and management, Organization, Capabilities, Employee Relations/Benefits, and culture needs & priorities.
B A (Human Resources) or professional industry qualification.
8 to 10 years’ experience.
Experience at implementing impactful and sustainable HR programs.
Experience in facilitating leadership teams.
