Our client in Prospecton is recruiting for a Temp Payroll Assistant for a one month contract.

Assist in ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately.
Address payroll related queries and requests from employees.
Analyse payroll problems and provide appropriate resolutions.
Adhoc payroll reports for Finance and HR.
Reconciling monthly third party reports i.e. Discovery Health, Kaelo Xelus and Stratum.
Confirmation of employment to third parties.
Checking of clocking for all staff.
Capturing, processing and monitoring of leave.
Distribution of the Nettlist to Management to confirm number of employees eligible for salary in that month.
