We have an amazing opportunity for a self-motivated and collaborative SMP Business Developer & Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

3-year Degree in related field (preferably financial) OR proven experience in a similar environment
3-5 years’ experience in sales
2-3 years’ experience in channel management

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Sales experience and knowledge
Excellent e-mail communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
Ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations well via Sales Dashboards
Expert knowledge of MS Office & the Google Drives Suite

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Coordinate weekly meetings with your team members to create and execute activity plans to meet sales goals
Ensure your Team members are aware of all new product releases, offers and incentives, marketing materials and any relevant issues from the wider market place pertaining to your sector
Evaluate Local sales performance and recommend improvements according to weekly interactions
Support and drive the required sales activities
Pro-actively build pipeline in the form of sales proposals, quotations and Tenders
Meet your monthly Sales Quota
