To meet and exceed the annual sales plan for the year by division for the territory through effective leadership, business development, implementation of marketing and sales strategies and management of the sales team. Performance management within the sales territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with all KDM’s at all levels in the sales process. Supervise and actively take part in the day to day requirements to clinically support the Endoscopy & Surgical sales division to maintain and expand the customer base including all administrative requirements.
Product and Clinical Knowledge
Imparting product, clinical and selling skills knowledge to Sales Consultants and Customers in conjunction with personal development of skills.
• Co-ordinating attendance at local and overseas congresses;
• Reading journal articles, web sites and other sources of information and distribute this information;
• Arranging and support with product related sales training to Sales Consultants;
• Arranging attendance at workshops for Sales Consultants to broaden their clinical skills;
• Accompanying Sales Consultants to procedures in order to maintain a relationship with the customers;
• Monitoring clinical skills and product knowledge whilst adding value to the call
