To provide systems and engineering support to all sites, branches and customers. Research, diagnose , troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Investigate and resolve OEM interface issues with products. Document all product related test result, technical issues found and recommendation to resolution of issues and improve product offering. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Conduct new product testing and verification for conformance of scope of work. Conduct site visit to assist with product implementation. Participate in Design Review Panel. Provide Technical training and support to Field technicians. Complete DFMEA on new product developments. Perform any reasonable adhoc tasks and duties required by management.
