Salary: R50-R55K PLUS Benefits (2/3 Medical Aid Contribution and Life Insurance)

The role is to maintain and grow key partners of a well know MFP (Multi-Function Printer) company in the Southern African region.

We are looking for a strong individual who is able to maintain relationships, provide accurate forecasting, provide continuous feedback on sales progress and opportunities.

Candidates must have recent or current experience in sales within the Multi-Function Printer / Copier Industry.

You will not be considered if you do not meet this criteria.

The role is focused on assisting the local team in expanding our partner network throughout Southern Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Channel partners and establish business relationship
• Together with the Channel partners, identify projects and work closely with corporate clients, partners, contractors, consultants, etc. to establish relationship that will generate business opportunities
• Monitor each customer's sales progress. Prioritize the penetration of the market sectors.
• Achieve the sales budget in terms of growth and profitability
• Review enquires, requirements, etc. from customers and together with the technical team design and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate prices and other terms & conditions with the customers and secure orders.
• Collect up-to-date market information and competitor information, conduct various analysis and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with the logistics and various other departments to ensure timely shipment of the goods.
• Follow up with the distributors for Letter of Credit, payment, etc.
• Keep a track of any current or upcoming projects and find leads / requirements for MFP.

Essential Criteria for consideration:

• Minimum of Matric or equivalent certification
• University Degree – Sales & Marketing will be given preference
• Minimum 5 years regional experience, working in the MFP/ Copier industry.
• Regional knowledge of the MFP product line, relevant competition line up, market players, dynamics and strong MFP industry contacts and network.
• Experience in both vendor and reseller/dealer is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
