Our client requires a an IT Bid Manager on a 3 months short term contract who has the following experience:

Candidate with 10+ year of experience in IT Architecture and/or Design and
Delivery in a Telco environment (operator or consultant)
Technical skills should cover telecoms IT architecture (applications, integration and infra), e2e solution design, commercial products and services (prepaid and post-paid), IT operations
Good budgeting, delivery planning and execution experience
Good Understanding of governance and regulatory matters
Experience in bid management
