Leading listed financial services group, offering an extensive, market leading range of products and services, enabling clients to build and protect their wealth and lifestyle , with a sterling reputation for performance excellence, are looking to appoint an astute and experienced Head of IT – Corporate Group IT to their senior management team.
In this role, be responsible for developing an Information technology functional operating model and framework in a broadly defined group functional strategy; enabling horizontal alignment implementation and adoption. Provide IT leadership for Corporate including IT Management standards for design, development, testing, software configuration, enterprise system changes and release management; directing of business-led IT strategy development, implementation, and management of multiple business transformation projects within complex environments.
Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Physical, mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences / other relevant degree coupled with 8 – 12 years’ experience in the Insurance / retail / corporate or EB industry with 4 – 6 years’ experience at a senior management level, with proven knowledge and experience in business migration of IT stacks in the insurance sector essential. Compass knowledge and experience as well as a Solutions Architect background pref.
