Job Summary

Head Financial Control – Mining Projects JHB North R. Neg in line with skills and experience Leading South African diversified mining and minerals concern, with a sterling reputation for performance excellence are looking to appoint an astute Head of Financial Control / Senior Financial Controller to their team. In this role, be instrumental in in providing financial and project management direction and support at Corporate level and provide co-ordination, guidance, and system requirements (project administration, cost controls and accounts management) to support investments in Group projects; including responsibility to the Project leaders for project accounting, costing and administration on specified projects. CA (SA) pref. B.Com Hons) degree / CIMA must with a min. of 10 years’ experience in project accounting in respects of full life cycle including pre-feasibility & feasibility studies, implementation of projects more than R5 Billion, post investment reviews; management of Work In Progress (WIP), management of project spend, cash flow management and budgets; general project governance and financial and management reporting of projects.
