Facilities Coordinator- Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
CF Consulting has been tasked with securing the appointment of a Facilities Coordinator to be based at our client's operations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The ideal incumbent to this position will have in excess of 3-year experience in a Facilities Administration/operations role supported by a relevant Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or related:
3-year Experience in Facilities Management space
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
Report writing abilities.
Able to multi-task and basic accounting knowledge.
Effective management of Health & Safety compliance on-site
Ensure the upkeep of all equipment, attendance to any maintenance issues onsite
Oversee maintenance budget spend on onsite
Supervision of any operational & maintenance staff onsite
Effective management of all records and reporting.
Conduct regular follow-ups with Customers and ensure a successful update of the internal CRM system.
See to regular assessments of all equipment on-site and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
