One of our top financial services is currently looking for a Claims Team Leader to join their dynamic team.
• Managing a team of claims consultants
• Ensuring delegated daily claims are attended to timeously
• Checking and assessment of all Claims in accordance to Internal processes and procedures
• Repudiate claims that do not qualify in terms of the Policy terms and conditions
• Ensure accurate recording of all claims on the Administration system
• Ensuring that claim payments are made within the agreed SLA and approval is in line with the relevant Policy terms and conditions
• Fraud detection and Prevention
• Attend to clients' queries and complaints (as guided by the Internal Procedure)
• Supervision of staff
• Manage team performance
• Matric Certificate
• RE and FAIS Credits
• Minimum 2 — 3 years funeral claims team leader experience
• Experience in claims functions
• Strong supervisory skills
