An opportunity exists in the Human Resources (HR) Division of Mazars; an international professional services firm, based at Mazars House in beautiful Century City, Cape Town.Purpose:To manage and guide the overall provision of the HR function of the Cape Town office. You will plan, lead, organise and control the workflow and assignments within the department while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. In addition, you will have your own portfolio of internal clients and provide comprehensive HR generalist support and advice in all areas related to employees, with a view to maximise performance and support the delivery of business unit objectives’ through the creation and implementation of appropriate employee solutions.This role reports to the Senior HR Manager and the Managing Partner of the Cape Town office.
