Job Summary

Our client, a prominent and upmarket establishment, is currently looking for a Senior Bar Manager/Mixologist with excellent leadership skills & experience in a similar restaurant/café environment to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Ability to stand in for General Manager.
Ability to manage a restaurant bar.
Function bar i.e. digitot system (bar control of stock takes, control order par level, manage shift rosters).
Understanding of cocktails beneficial.
Individual must be mature and disciplined.
Must be prepared to work evening/ weekend as the environment demands it.
Must have a passion for the restaurant industry and people - likeable nature.
Must have organisational and planning skills.
Experience in cost management/ budgets.
