An established Retail / Fast food industry company is seeking to employ a Payroll Administrator, to fulfill the full payroll function for one of their entities. Staff to be situated in South Africa and/or Namibia. The successful person will be reporting to the Payroll Manager.
Relevant payroll courses / certificates
3 – 5 years’ experience in similar role
Solid experience processing weekly and monthly paid staff, from confirming hours using time and attendance system, to ensuring wages / salaries are paid accurately and on time
Proven experience working with a large payroll (over 300 weekly paid)
Previous experience using VIP Premier essential
