- On-site support of end users
- Support of HP computers, OS Windows 10, O365 Applications
- Support of Ricoh multifunctional devices
- Support of the Avaya telephone system
- Tracking and processing of incident tickets and requests until completion, as well as updating them as required
- Diagnosis and solution of infrastructure problems, implementation of corrective solutions
- Focus on excellent customer service
- Application of defined best practices and standards and the documentation of processes
- In addition to the tasks mentioned above, other activities and responsibilities may be defined individually
- Degree as IT specialist or comparable training
- At least two years' professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge in English in word and writing.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 and the O365 environment
- Experience with HP hardware would be an advantage
- Distinct customer service orientation.
- Ability to communicate relevant information in a user-friendly non-technical language.
- Efficient workload prioritization and good problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with ITIL would be an advantage
