The successful applicant will be responsible for completing all the necessary administrative related functions within the Private sector Support/help desk.
(Tertiary in Business advantageous)
-Knowledge and prior experience in accounting systems is highly recommended
- Knowledge of databases and application development environments
- Minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
Completing accurate and complete Service Desk Project tickets for tasks and requirements when necessary
- Set up, maintenance and submission of daily & monthly client instructions for the processing department
- Administering of all functions and tasks relating to a successful month-end run for clients.
- Carry out applicable database field checks on a daily basis
- Checking, splitting and dispatching of customer monthly reports and statements
- Data correlating and sending of daily emails
- Checklist and spreadsheet updates
