Our client is recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Analyst, who will be responsible for Sales & Marketing analysis, brand awareness and the implementation of digital marketing strategies which lead generation and conversion.
Creating Digital Marketing Campaigns across various digital platforms such as social media, website and email marketing.
Formulating and managing marketing content for use across various platforms.
Compiling, reporting and tracking of sales and marketing data.
Tracking, measuring and reporting lead conversion.
Maintaining Promotional Material Inventory.
Assisting with the setup of conferences, meetings and functions.
Assisting with the creation and setup of expos and trade shows including lead generation, tracking and measurement of conversion.
Managing and updating Customer, Sales Reps and Lead Generation CRM Databases across Syspro and Sales Mobility platforms.
Responsible for gathering data and reporting on customer satisfaction levels and lost sales. Information is gathered by phoning customers, sending out surveys and extracting data from Sales Mobility platforms.
Updating Internal Communications which such as internal notices and newsletters, notice boards and new product development feedback.
A Social Media, Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification.
At least 3 years’ experience in same or similar role
Computer Literacy with MS Office (Advanced Excel is required).
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or similar software experience advantageous.
Ability to work with interruptions. Must enjoy a variety of work and must be able to work on a number of different projects at the same time, some creative and others highly analytical and statistical.
Ability in a group setting and work well with others, as part of a team.
Ability to communicate well at all levels
High levels of competence in making analyses involving written, numerical and verbal data.
High levels of attention to detail
