Capturing new orders on ERP system
Sending orders to retail stores for picking and despatch
Following up all orders have been picked and sent and obtain waybill numbers and SRT
Capture waybills numbers into ERP system
Process credit notes on ERP system
Compare delivery reports from courier to ERP system and ensure all orders delivered
Report exceptions to online store manager for resoution
Attention to detail
