Our client in the Westville area is recruiting for a Back Office Support, to assist the KZN Office with general Administrative duties.
Manning the switchboard
General office duties
Stock keepin g (Office stationery)
Credit card and petrol account reconciliations
Arrange office and customer functions
Assist with trade shows
Assist walk in customers
Attend to CRM orders and KZN area quotations
Assist with price and availability of stock
Compile tender and customer specific catalogues for Sales Engineers
Assist Sales Managers
Minute keeping in meetings
A diploma or certificate in Administration will be advantageous.
Three years’ experience in similar position.
