Key Performance Areas
Project Administration and Planning
o Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes
o Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
o Attend all project meetings, take notes, and ensure that these are made available to all relevant parties.
o Communicate pertinent information between management and staff. This includes weekly resource planning and tasks from project management to the rest of the organisation
o Assist with preparing management feedback reports/dashboard for meetings (i.e., Exco, Board)
o Assist project manager with continuous updating of project finances
o Assist with population of progress reports
o Assist in setting up the requisite project sites with necessary templates at the start of a project.
o Manage JIRA system (Timesheets and Procurement) with assistance from IT support.
o Follow up with operations procurement and keep track of procurement requests from engineers.
o Manage test facility logistics, bookings, commercial arrangements & safety requirements.
o Ensure that safety training for employees that work at different facilities are up to date
o Assist with travel arrangements on projects
o Assist with document formatting
o Ensure monthly / annual software license renewals.
o Prepare inputs / data for KPMG tax incentive
o Perform any other duties as required by management
