Multinational, leading supplier of global solutions within the transport logistics industry, operating in South Africa and Africa, are looking for an astute Operations Manager for one of their premium automotive clients.
In this role, based at client automotive site, manage a small team, and take overall responsibility for international shipments into Sub-Saharan Africa, including preparing shipments, preparing of invoices, including freight and insurance, pre-inspections according to requirements and the ensuring that accurate shipments are dispatched to time.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years Management experience in invoicing shipments, arranging pre-inspections, and dispatch compliance as well as a good understanding of shipping clearing instructions, document requirements and shipping customs duties absolutely essential. Automotive industry experience very preferable.
