We are currently looking for a junior systems administrator. This is a part time contract position.

Job Description:

Installing, configuring and maintaining software
Troubleshooting software issues (General & MSO 365)
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Maintain and enhance SharePoint site (data and aesthetics)
Audit SharePoint permission groups and levels
SharePoint data archiving
Provide system security advice and maintain system security on MSO 365 (Phishing emails, spam etc.)
Maintain IT software user registers
Provide inputs to management reporting
Ad-hoc: Obtain IT quotations if/when required
Ad-hoc: software and hardware set up
