Using smart security technology and an ecologically ethical approach towards cleaning, they target residential, retail, commercial and industrial properties.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and MD, the incumbent will be responsible for sourcing new clients and to grow new business in the greater Cape Town area.
- Sell and achieve annual target
- Source, negotiate and sign new business
- Play a key role in building this brand.
- Offer clients a complete integrated service solution of hygiene, cleaning and security
- Build relationships with big corporate Companies
- Plan and set up appointments with the identified customers
- Deal with clients professionally at all times
- Provide feedback to Regional Manager on weekly basis
- Conduct sales presentations to senior management and Directors at potential customers.
Experience and Competencies:
- Experience in the cleaning and or security industry essentially selling security guarding services.
- The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and good tenure.
- No job hoppers will be considered
- A traceable track record of sales successes is essential
- Strong background in solution sales is essential
- The ideal candidate will be focused, deal closer and sales hunter.
- Be able to work independently, be mature, energetic with positive attitude.
- Be able to work in a competitive environment and be rejection proof, thrive in a pressurised, results focused industry.
Own laptop, reliable car and mobile phone will be required.
