The Role: Italian speaking advisors to provide superior airline reservation services to customers. Duties include handling inquiries relating to ticket fares, flight schedules, bookings, connecting flights, airline policies, departure and arrival times and international airport requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Fluent in Italian and English (Written & Verbal)
Matric (Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification)
Computer literacy at intermediate level
Experience in customer services / call centre / travel and tourism sector advantageous
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions
Rostered day shifts!
8 hour shifts (with a 30 minute paid lunch break)
Mon- Fri: Earliest start 08h00; latest shift end: 21h00;
Sat-Sun) Earliest start: 9h00; latest shift end 18h00
Occasional Saturdays/ Public holidays (Shift roster)
2 Rest days per week.
