Our Financial Service Provider FSP Client in Greenpoint is looking for a TEMP Finance Clerk with 3 years relevant financial experience.
TEMP Position till end August 2021 – Salary Negotiate TEMP Position only
Min Requirements needed
Matric
Experience as a Financial Clerk/ Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator
Everest Experience an Advantage or similar
Computer literate
Job Description
Banking – Download daily bank statements and add to the manual cashbook & import into Everest
Correctly classify all items on the manual cashbook including items classified by the DATA team
Daily banking
Journalising, importing and maintaining of SALA Trustee claims and other expenses twice daily
Saving proof of all payments on the network
Emailing proof of payments to various payees on a daily basis
Importing monthly annuity payments and any manual payments in case of rejections
Bank recon/linking on Everest
Cashflows and reports – Ensure that monthly cashflow reports are compiled accurately and submitted for review timeously
Cashflow report for Novare
SARS – Ensure monthly SARS reconciliation and payment is done on or before 7th of every month
Perform bi-annual and annual SARS reconciliations and submissions.
Process IRP5s and submitted them to SARS (bi-annually or ad hoc for manual IRP5s within 5-day turnaround time)
Adhoc duties- Prepare script lending invoices:
Transfer monies from ABSA and Nedbank to FNB
Checking transactional pricing
Update investment spreadsheets on a monthly basis
Preparation of Funds daily investment prices spreadsheet for importing
Fund accounting monthly expenses
Provide sample documentation as requested by the auditors and support team as required during the audit
Any ad hoc task as may be required from time to time
