- Creative Direction & Brand Management: Working with our in-house designer creatively direct & manage all brand communications, assets & collateral to ensure that the brand standards are upheld, the brand remains relevant, aspirational, innovative, and desirable, whilst communicating clearly and creating strong brand equity.
- Digital Marketing Management: Manage all digital channels & touchpoints between the brand & it’s stakeholders, across social media, email, website, online, in app and all others. Engage with consumers in the digital world, to ensure the brand remains relevant, communicates to its consumers, creates awareness amongst new consumers, remains top of mind and builds brand equity
- Manage public relations across all channels and manage relationships with its ambassadors, influencers, media and all other key stakeholders, to ensure that the brands communications achieve widespread awareness, and the brand earns positive and far-reaching endorsement. Manage key strategic brand partnerships to deliver strong brand equity, collaborating with brands to align strategically and leverage each other’s consumers and brand value.
- Manage all aspects of customer relationships & community management, across all touchpoints, both through in-store & digitally, to ensure that all customer interactions are dealt with effectively & efficiently to build strong relationships & deliver on a positive sentiment towards the brand. Management of Customer Service portfolio for the business.
