- Manage and control store expenses and assist stores to reach their budget.
- Liaise with Brand, Supply and Distribution departments to ensure that stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure replenishment is done on a weekly basis.
- Ensure effective promotion, markdown and sale implementations.
- Manage escalated customer queries/compliants.
- Recruitment, management, training, mentoring and development of staff.
- Responsible for store maintenance on a regular basis.
- Identify trends in the market that will improve and enhance the brand performance.
- Other key performance areas include driving turnover, maintaining satisfactory customer service
levels, managing stockloss and ensuring the execution of the visual merchandising strategy in
