Our client is looking for a vibrant, well-presented Administrations Clerk to join their growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales manager
- Capturing of Sales orders and Invoices on Pastel
- Following up with customers for purchase orders and proof of payments
- Capturing of suppliers purchase orders and ensuring delivery of supplies are on track.
- All relevant office filing and scanning.
- Administrative work related to the business as assigned by management.
- Stock take and stock control.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Matric or equivalent
- Strong excel experience
- Afrikaans and English
