Experience within the Vehicle hiring industry and I-Soft Car Rental Software experience
Requirements for Car Rental Administrator:
Grade 12
Driver’s License and own transport required
Experience with I-Soft Car Rental Software experience (essential requirement)
Vehicle hiring industry experience
Accurate
Trustworthy
Computer Literate
Prefer candidates who are no more than 20 min from Boksburg (must stay within the vicinity)
Responsibilities of Car Rental Administrator:
Administration
Quotes
Vehicle Hiring contracts – checking for accuracy – checking that every page is signed and checked
Filing
Petty cash
Fuel
Releasing contracts
Booking of services for cars/bakkies/trucks
Assisting drivers with duties when needed
Phoning for new clients
Dealing with comebacks and returns
