Administration/Finance Manager
R880k - R930k plus bonus

Excellent opportunity with leading logistics group for a seasoned Admin/Finance Manager. Reporting to the National Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all administrative functions of two sites and supporting Operations.
Key performance areas
Finance
- Budgets prepared and circulated
- Forecasts prepared and circulated
- Review and analyse monthly store results
- Receipts and purchase orders processed and allocated to correct cost centre
- Assist with financial year end reporting
- Management System Audit Plan prepared and submitted
- Internal audits implemented
- Follow up on Internal audit findings relevant to store and ensure implementation of recommendations.
Administration
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all admin policies and procedures
- Review GRV’s and GIV’s
- Arrange and attend weekly and/or monthly departmental and monthly management meetings and record and distribute minutes.
- Management reporting pack prepared and circulated
- Documentation control function managed (i.e. customer files, stock movements, time and access records, employee records, preferred supplier list
- Effective management of Capex
People Management and HR Support
- Salary input prepared and submitted to Head Office (i.e. overtime schedule, leave schedule, new engagement forms, staff loans etc)
- Management of team
Operations
- Ensure that regular cycle counts are processed
- Conduct weekly and/or monthly meetings with operations team
Qualifications and experience
- B.Com Accounting or equivalent
- 5-8 years relevant management experience working on site
