Robinson liquors (Pty)ltd is a fast-growing national wholesaler and retailer of liquor. we have an opportunity for a administration manager to join our expanding team. this is a permanent position based in Parkview, Johannesburg, Gauteng. the remuneration package is market related and includes a company contribution to pension fund and medical aid.
Responsibilities and duties
Execute and manage important administrative tasks at Johannesburg head office .
Capturing deals, cost prices and selling prices in relatively complex excel work books.
Capturing deals negotiated by buyers into a central database.
managing price claims as they occur and preventing further claims by dealing with the reason for the claim.
Co-ordinating supplier cost price increases as the occur.
Qualifications, experience and requirements
Matric with English, pure mathematics and ems or accounts .
b-com or BSc with major in accounts, mathematics, statistics, computer science or economics.
specialized excel skills.
a knowledge of mi9, just enough or demand planning software an advantage.
attention to detail, a love of admin and administrative tasks.
reliable, accurate completion of quite repetitive tasks.
meet deadlines and work under pressure at certain times.
communicating and collaborating with internal buyers and external key account managers/admin personnel.
proficient excel skills. Taking full responsibility for tasks until fully completed.
