* Meat production facility
Minimum 2 years related and proven experience
PC literate (especially Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual, trustworty, go-getter, team player
SUMMARY OF DUTIES (not limited to):
Stock management - ordering, receiving, dispatching, scanning, booking in/out of stock, returns, etc.
Manage all stock levels and distribution to outlets and customers.
Identifying all stock shortages, expiration dates of products, low stock levels
Ensuring proper stock monitoring and distribution by following FIFO principles.
Managing various departments in production - chillers, dispatch, freezers, logistics, etc.
Interim and monthly stock takes and reconciliations thereof.
Store-keeping functions, tasks & responsibilities.
Ensuring documentation and procedures are followed to ensure consistent product and process standards are met.
Managing traceabililty of all products.
Completing, inspection of, follow up, maintenance of hygiene and quality documentation.
Provide continuous training as needed.
Report to Supervisors/Directors as required.
Basic salary + provident fund package.
