JUNIOR QUALITY CONTROLLER
*meat production facility
Qualification in Food Technology, Biotechnology/similar.
Basic laboratory knowledge, interpreting reports.
Min 1-2 years experience in food industry.
Food Safety Training will be highly advantageous - GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, R638.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong set of problem solving skills.
Diligent, reliable, focused, accurate.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES (not limited to):
Supporting of Quality Management System.
Assisting with training (hygiene, equipment, etc.).
Traceability / batch controller.
Assisting with resolving, documenting and reporting non-conformances.
Product quality assurance.
Ensuring proper stock distribution by maintaining FIFO.
Internal QMS audit.
Assisting with pest control.
Food Safety Management System.
Basic + provident fund package
