Responsibilities of this role:
- Customer Enquiries and Credits
- Create credit notes based on client claims, Sales Rep return sheet as well as logistics debriefing sheets.
- This role is responsible to take telephonic calls from the Cash and Account Clients and assist with enquiries.
- This role is responsible for answering credit queries on the distribution group.
- If a customer phones in with credit available query, allocate credit available against relevant invoice due for delivery.
- Capture Bank Transactions
- Follow up on missing expense receipts, or outstanding amounts.
- Assist drivers telephonically when they are at client premises, should there be a problem that’s related to the accounts or credits.
- As required, look-up and trace documentation on “Docu-File”.
