Job Summary

A growing entity within the Beverage industry is on the lookout for a strong, assertive and dynamic Financial Manager to join their operations in the East Rand. This role is pivotal to the continued growth of the business. The incumbent will managed the Debtors/Accounts Receivable function. Requirements: • Retail and FMCG experience essential • Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting Degree • 5 years + experience in Finance Management • 3 years + experience in Debtors Control Management • Understanding of Finance Software Application Systems required Duties: • Supervision of staff; ensuring the financial objectives are adhered to and that compliance is always ensured • Overseeing Debtors function within the company • Produce relevant monthly statements • Implementation of new processes and procedures • Overall Financial Management of the company • Strong management-focused role and prior management experience is necessary • Developing staff and training subordinates with regards to Best Practices
