Follow-up to final production quantity and quality and compliance with the requirements of the market and supply contracts.
Issue reports slaughter and production of daily and periodic reports.
Ensure the safety of the processes of production or manufacturing defects microbial contamination or industrial.
Knowledge of beef cuts, standards, HACCP, ISO, administration and reporting skills.
It is able to quickly adapt to changing customer needs.
Daily stocktaking.
Requirements
5 year+ experience. Ms Office proficient Strong decision-making skills. Strong leadership skills. Good Communication Skills.
