Purpose is to implement and maintain the human resources initiatives at an operational level in co-operation with the to provide a full generalist HR function to the relevant business units.
Qualifications and skills required:
Relevant HR-related tertiary qualification
2 to 4 years Human Resources experience, preferably in retail / FMCG
Must have experience representing the company at the CCMA for Conciliation an Arbitration.
Must have a valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle
