Marketing / Admin Assistant: Full Time
Established pharmaceutical company in Alrode/Alberton looking for a marketing/admin assistant. Candidate must live within 25km radius of Alrode.
Duties include finance (debtors; creditors; remittances, invoicing on Pastel), stock control, sales rep management and control, deal with suppliers, general admin, assist marketing manager, work with On-Line websites, sales analysis
Must be computer literate ie Word, Xcel
Minimum 5 years related experience
Experience in finance critical
Matric accountancy and math required
Friendly, professional personality.
Must have initiative, be proactive and can think and work independently
Good problem solver.
Flexible, quick thinker, quick learner
Must be a people person who can work as part of a team.
Stable, even tempered personality
