Job Summary

Position: Accountant

Location: Middelburg Mpumalanga

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting

Minimum five years working experience in Industry (Preferably in Manufacturing /Construction/ Industrial Services)

Skills:

Strong financial and management accounting skills
Sage Payroll or equivalent
Quickbooks or equivalent financial software

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparing accounts and tax returns
Monitoring spending and budgets
Auditing and analysing financial performance
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Keeping account books and systems up to date.
Have the ability to prepare books up to trial balance
Competent in preparing management reports
