Job Summary
2 to 4 years+ Service Delivery Management (SDM) experience. SAP advantageous.
Your Responsibilities include the following:
- Receiving and handling requests for service and following agreed procedures.
- Allocating calls to appropriate consultants.
- Logging incidents and service requests and maintaining the relevant records.
- External and internal customer liaison
- Making sure the required SLA's are in place
- Weekly meetings
Qualification:
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
