Job Summary

Requirements

CIMA qualified / Equivalent qualification (Mandatory)
2+ years of experience in financial environment preferably with commercial experience
Experience of working within international companies preferably in the media sector and having had both central (corporate) and divisional (operating) experience as a finance professional
Business partnering across functions
Ability to multi-task/crisis manage and manage tight deadlines
Possess strong communication skills, persuasive, and imaginative
Strong Excel skills

Key responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial and non-financial KPI packs for all countries in the region for distribution to directors
Work with the Regional Financial Director and put monthly reports in place which will assist with monitoring the business
Identify additional key performance indicators which can be analyzed and reported on to assist with decision making
Provide monthly infographics which are easily understandable and succinctly explains the business and highlight good and bad performance areas
Prepare cash flow and tax analysis for the Finance Manager: Financial Planning & Analysis
Perform detailed analysis and deep dives to identify trends, explain movements and identify outliers
Assist with preparation of the budget and forecast and ensure that quality numbers and presentations are provided to the Regional Finance Director and Regional Managing Director
Perform data analytics on ERP data on a task by task basis
